Jingcheng Translation Workshop is my home-based business， since my graduation from university in to be self-employed as a freelance translator， over one month later， I could earned stable and satisfactory income（this also shocked my friends a lot）. Because of better prices and good customer services， many of my clients introduced their friends who also needed translation services to me.
I achieved success in my home-based business due to following qualities
1.Good translation ability， according to my transaction records in the Internet， more than 97% of my customers felt satisfactory about my job.
2. Hardworkingness， I usually worked overnight to meet tight deadline.
3. Good self-management ability， I always made plans and strictly implemented them.
4. Rich knowledge， I enjoyed learning anything new， which made me a qualified translator.

I took on a internship job in Fuzhou Honglihang Trading Co.， Ltd， which was a small business in Fuzhou，China， and stayed with it for over 4 months. To be frank with you， my performance in that company was not satisfactory at all.
